Jordan's Quickie Poached Salmon with Rosemary

Ingredients
4 oz Salmon Filet, Wild Caught(Sea Queen)Aldi .25 1tsp Olive Oil 1 serving fresh rosemarry 1 serving lemon slice
Directions
1. Place filet skin side down on a sheet of aluminum foil large enough to wrap the entire filet.
2 Place lemon and rosemary on the filet and drizzle olive oil on the filet. Season w salt as needed.
3. Wrap filet in foil and place in baking pan in the oven at 350 degree F for 10-15 minutes.
4. To serve: Remove from oven, unwrap foil, and remove the lemon (do not squeeze it on the filet) and the rosemary.
