Mini meatloaf, potato, green bean meal prep

Ingredients
16 oz Ground beef, lean 12 cracker Saltine Crackers (Saltines) 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 4 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) Baked Potato, with skin 8 serving Beans, Green Cut Frozen (Great Value) 2/3 cup
Directions
Mix ground beef, saltines, egg, and any seasonings together and put into 4 muffin slots. Cook until done. Cook potato. Cook green beans. Add 1 meatloaf cup, 1 potato, and a little over a cup of green beans to a meal prep container.
