Natoli's Sunday Sauce

Ingredients
28 oz can of tomato puree58 oz tomato sauce28 oz crushed tomatoe's28 oz whole tomatoe's (break up with hands)2 oz white wine4 whole basil leaves4 chopped basil leaves2 tbsp chopped parsley1/2 tsp crushed red pepper1 tbsp olive oil3/4 cups chopped onion2 cloves sliced galic1 tsp salt1/4 tsp black pepper
Directions
In a large sauce pot, saute onions, garlic and crushed red pepper in oil.
Add remaining ingredient's.
When sauce comes to a soft boil, turn heat to a simmer and simmer for 3 hours, stirring often.
