Skinny pasta alfredo

Ingredients
3.0 pat (1" sq, 1/3" high) Butter, unsalted0.25 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour3.0 clove Garlic2.5 cup Milk, 2%, with added nonfat milk solids, without added vit A10.0 tbsp Parmesan Cheese, grated3.0 cup Whole Wheat Spaghetti, cooked (pasta)0.5 tsp Salt
Directions
1. Melt butter in saucepan 2. Add whole garlic cloves 3. Brown flour in butter 4. Slowly add milk, whisking to break up lumps 5. When sauce starts to gently bubble and thicken, add cheese and whisk. Turn off flame and allow sauce to thicken 6. Meanwhile, prepare pasta to al dente 7. Add cooked pasta to sauce. Coat strands with sauce 8. Serve
