Tomato Blue Salad

Ingredients
8 oz Blue Cheese 4 large whole (3" dia) Red Ripe Tomatoes 1 large (8-1/4" long) Cucumber (peeled) 1 large Onions, raw 5 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 3 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar 1 tsp Oregano, ground 2 tbsp Basil 1 tsp Salt 1 tsp Pepper, black 1 tsp Rosemary, dried
Directions
Chop and add all ingredients together and allow to rest for 4 hours or overnight.
