Slow Cooker BBQ Chicken Freezer Meal

Ingredients
3 unpeeled sweet potato,cut int 1/2 inch pieces2 Med. Green Bell Pepper, chopped1 Med. Red Bell Pepper, chopped2 Zucchini, chopped1 medium Onion, chopped2 (15oz) cans Tomato Sauce 4 Tbsp. unpacked Brown Sugar 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce 2 Tbsp. Ground Mustard2 clove Garlic, minced1 tsp Salt 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Directions
1. Add everything into one-gallon freezer bag, shake it up, seal, label, and put in the freezer.

2. Defrost in fridge overnight. Dump into slow cooker and cook on high 4-6 hours, or low 6-8 hours. Shred chicken.
