Potato Salad

Ingredients
6-8 Large Potatoes4-5 Large Hard boiled eggs1 cup of Mayonnaise1TBSP of dijon mustard2 Tsp of brown mustard3 large stalks of celery1 large onion1 tbsp of salt1 tbsp of pepper2 tsp of garlic2 tsp of paprika
Directions
Boil potatoes until tender. Cool.

Dice all vegis and eggs. (except for 2 eggs)

Mix all ingredients except for 2 eggs and paprika. Mix well.

Cool and store in refrigerator for at least 3 hours.

Slice 2 eggs thin and lay on top of finished and mixed salad.

Sprinkle with Paprika.
