Ingredients
2 cup, chopped Cabbage, red, fresh 1 ear, medium (6-3/4" to 7-1/2" Sweet Corn, Fresh 3 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw 1 cup, grated Carrots, raw .5 cup Peas, fresh 4 serving Asparagus - 1 spear 5.25" - 7" long (by JOWORO) 6 tbsp Basil .5 cup Lemon Juice 4 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Directions
Chop asparagus and blanch, blanch peas if fresh, remove corn from cobb and add raw, chop and add all other ingredients dress with lemon and oil dressing salt and pepper to taste
