Ingredients
2.0 tbsp Olive Oil1.0 fl oz Lemon Juice6.0 serving Chicken of the Sea, Premium Crab (2.5 oz)2.0 tsp Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard3.0 tbsp *Kraft Mayo with Olive Oil (reduced fat mayonnaise)1.0 serving Rice Crackers, Edward & Sons Brown Rice Snaps, Unsalted Plain (8 crackers)1.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
Directions
Crush crackers into crumbs and combine all ingredients in a bowl except olive oil. Form into 10 patties and fry in olive oil for about 2-3min per side in a medium high pan. Serving Size: Makes 10 crab cakes
