3.0 cup Whole Wheat Flour4.0 tbsp Butter, salted3.0 tsp Baking Soda3.0 tsp Baking Powder1.5 cup Milk, 2%, with added nonfat milk solids, without added vit A
Preheat oven to 450 degrees. In large mixing bowl combine dry ingredients. Using pastry blender cut butter into flour mixture. Add milk and stir until totally blended using more or less milk to get desired consistency. Can be wetter if making drop biscuits, if rolling out and using biscuit cutter it should be drier and more pliable.
Place biscuits on baking sheet and bake for 15 - 20 minutes until golden on top.
