Grilled Potato Packet

Ingredients
5-6 small red potatoes sliced1 white onion chopped6 T Land O Lakes butter6 cloves garlic chopped2 T Olive Oil
Directions
Slice up potato - leave skin on, chop onion, chop garlic, and place all in center of a 14" tin foil square. Add olive oil and butter to top - and salt and pepper to taste, can use season salt also.

Fold Packet up tight, flip and add another layer of foil, then flip and add one more - because if you do not have enough - you WILL have oil and/or butter all over the oven/grill.

Place packet on grill or in oven for 45 minutes, flipping every 15 minutes or so.

Serves 5-6 people.
