Ingredients
1 onion1 turnip2 large carrots3 cloves of garlicpepperbasilmarjoramoregano16 sheets of puff pastry250 grms lean beef mince
Directions
place mince beef, finely chopped vegetables, herbs and garlic in a bowl and combine.
Cut circles out of the pastry sheets about 3" to 31/2" in diameter.
Place a tblsp of mixture in the centre of sheet, fold the sheet over to from a half moon shape. Press edges over and pinch together using fingers or a fork.
Brush a milk wash over each pastie.
Bake in moderate oven for 40 mins, !60 c
