Angelia's Black Bean Beef Taco meat

18 oz Ground beef, lean 1.5 cup Bush's, Black Beans 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw 1 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper 1 tbsp Chili powder 1 tbsp Paprika 1 tsp Cumin seed 1 tbsp Garlic powder 1 tsp Pepper, black 3 tsp Hot Sauce, Tapatio .5 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
Sautee onions and peppers, set aside. Brown beef, drain. Add onions and peppers back to beef, add spices, hot sauce and water (more or less of each to taste). Cook until mixed through and hot. Serve with lettuce and veggies as a taco salad, on tortillas, or over tortilla chips.
