broccoli goat cheese quiche

Ingredients
3 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 4 oz Goat Cheese, Soft .3 cup, chopped Onions, raw 1.5 cup, chopped Broccoli, cooked 1 cup Organic Valley - Organic Whole Milk 1 stick Butter, unsalted 1.5 cup Whole wheat flour, King Aurther All Natural Traditional (by JEANCJEANNIE) 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1 tsp Kosher Salt (by SRATERMAN)
Directions
make crust with salt, butter, and flour
sautee onions and broccoli in olive oil
roll out dough place in 9 inch pie pan, add cooked veggies, put cheese on top. in a bowl whisk eggs and butter (add salt pepper, nutmeg etc) and pour over veggies.

bake at 400 for 13 min and then 350 for for 20-30 min, can freeze and reheat
