Tahini Sauce (Fresh restaurant recipe)

Ingredients
2 clove Garlic 0.5 cup Parsley 30 mL Lemon Juice 0.33 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 8 tbsp Tahini 0.5 tsp Salt
Directions
Whiz the garlic, parsley, salt and lemon juice in a food processor. Add the water and tahini. Process until smooth, scraping down the sides once or twice.
