Fritatta kale veggies

Ingredients
2.0 cup kale - Glory chopped kale, fresh15.0 spear, medium (5-1/4" to 7" long) Asparagus, fresh0.5 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh0.5 cup, sliced Sweet peppers (bell)3.0 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil5.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw1.0 cup Colby and Monterey Jack Cheese shredded
Directions
2 tbsp of olive oil in iron skillet over medium heat add kale and drizzle tablespoon olive oil , salt and garlic. Chop asparagus and cover for two-three minutes. Add red onion and mushroom. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Beat 5 eggs pour over vegetables. Sprinkle cheese over all and bell peppers. Cover and put in 425° oven for 15 minutes.
