PB2 Flourless Chocolate Brownies

1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 Large Egg white1 Cup PB2 Powder1/2 Cup Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened 1/2 Cup Honey 1/2 Cup plus 1 tbsp. water 1/2 cup Chocolate chips, Hershey's milk chocolate 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract 1 tsp. Baking SodaCooking Spray
1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Spray a nonstick 9x9" baking pan with cooking spray.
2. Beat the egg and egg white in a small bowl
3. In a large bowl combine PB2, Cocoa Powder, Baking Soda and mix well with a spatula.
4. Add the egg/egg white and stir.
5. Add the water, honey, vanilla and stir with a spatula until combined.
6. Fold in the Chocolate chips
7. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking pan and bake for 30 minutes. Set aside to cool then cut into 12 bars cutting 3 rows x 4 rows
