Italian Pan Seared Tilapia

Ingredients
4 - 4oz tilapia fillets1/2 cup italian bread crumbs1/2 cup white flour4 tbs olive oil
Directions
Dread fish in breading. Pan sear each on for 3 min on one side and then flip to cook other side. Serve with lemon wedge and steamed veggies.
