Ingredients
0.5 cup Mashed Potatoes 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 3 tbsp Cream Cheese 0.2 1tsp Canola Oil
Directions
Heat a pan and spread canola oil.
Pour beaten egg on it, and add mashed potato and pieced cream cheese. Wait until it get one solid piece, then turn over.
Serve.
