Grilled Onion

Ingredients
2 large Onions, raw 2 tbsp Canola Oil 0.15 cup (8 fl oz) Barbecue Sauce 1 tsp Vegetable Seasoning 4 tbsp Parmesan Cheese, grated 0.25 cup Colby and Monterey Jack Cheese shredded
Directions
Preheat grill to high or 450 degrees. Peel onions leaving root end. Wedge into 8 sections leaving bottom intact. Carefully separate sections. Mix all ingredients except cheeses and drizzle over onions. Place in middle of grill and let cook 10 minutes. Onion will open up. Finish by sprinkling with cheeses. Grill for an additional 2 minutes or until cheese is melted.
