Paleomg Turkey Basil Artichoke Meatballs

16 oz Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean 3 serving International Bazaar Artichoke Hearts in water 1 tbsp minced onion (by JAZZMINE54868) 1 tbsp Coconut Oil - Nutiva Organic Extra-Virgin Coconut Oil 4 tbsp Basil 1 tsp Parsley, dried 1 dash Salt 1 dash Pepper, black
melt coconut oil, mince onion and artichoke, saute until onion is clear and water is cooked off. Let cool. Mix Turkey, and spices, adding cooled onion and artichoke. I used a cookie scoop to make the meatballs and came out with 22 of them. Bake 350 for 20 minutes on parchment paper
