Ingredients
Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 3 tbsp2 Boneless Chicken Breasts, chopped into bite-size piecesBlack Pepper1 Large red onion, thinly sliced3 Cloves Garlic, chopped 1 28-oz can crushed tomatoes4 cups Chicken Broth - Low SodiumRed Pepper Flakes, to taste
Directions
Brown chicken in olive oil, season with black pepper. Add pepper flakes, onion and garlic, heat until onions are soft. Stir in tomatoes and chicken broth, cook until heated through. Top with grated parmesan cheese if desired (not included in nutrition info)
