1 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour 1 tsp Baking Powder 1 tsp Salt 1 serving Clove of Garlic (by BCOH1478) .25 cup, chopped Scallions, raw 2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw .50 cup Buttermilk, lowfat 1.5 cup Spinach, fresh 1 cup, mashed Zucchini 0.75 cup Feta - low fat -Athenos (by CMWILKE)

Mix all ingredients into it becomes a batter then fry them
