0.50 tbsp Butter, unsalted 0.67 tsp Parsley, dried 0.67 dash Pepper, black 1 clove Garlic 0.67 medium Zucchini, baby 2.67 oz Farm Fresh Frozen Boneless/Skinless Chicken Breasts 0.17 tsp Salt, Sifto Table Salt 5.2 serving Creamer, Coffeemate Sugar Free French Vanilla, 1 Tbsp 1 cup Kraft Shredded Parmesan Cheese Natural Cheese
Spiralize zucchini and cook for 1-2 min in the microwave. Drain any water.
Cut up chicken into cubes. Season chicken with salt & pepper.
Add butter to a skillet and melt then add chicken until brown.
Add garlic and cook until soft add all the rest of the ingredients.
Cook until chicken is done and zucchini is soft. Sprinkle w/parsley.
Serving Size: Makes 1.5 Servings
