broccoli and cauliflower salad

4 cup, chopped or diced Broccoli, fresh 1 cup Cauliflower, raw 0.25 cup, chopped Onions, raw 1 cup, sliced Zucchini 0.25 cup, hulled Sunflower Seeds, without salt 2 tbsp Filippo Berio Extra Light Tasting Olive Oil 2 tbsp (C) Vinegar, White (Gr Value) 4 tbsp Kraft Miracle Whip Light Dressing
Make sure broccoli and cauliflower are chopped to a size you like. I like them on the smaller side. I grated the zucchini. Mix all the veggies in a bowl.
Mix mayo, vinegar, oil and sweetener in a jar with a cap. I'm going to replace the sugar twin with stevia next time. Shake dressing ingredients in jar to combine. Pour it over the veggies and mix well.
Serving Size:1/2 cup serving size.
