White Sauce with Chedder cheese

.25 cup Flour, white .5 stick Butter, unsalted 2 cup Milk, 1% 2 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese
on medium heat melt butter
add flour slowly
Mix together until creamy
add milk slowly, stirring the slurry together.
once the mixture is through smooth add as much cheese as to your liking. (I allotted 2 cups for a cheesy sauce.)
Serving Size: at least 4
