Crock Pot Asian Chicken with Mushrooms

Ingredients
8 ounces Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted 8 tbsp La Choy Lite Soy Sauce (Low sodium) 7 tbsp Basalmic Vinegar 1 serving Pacific Natural Foods Organic Free Range Chicken Broth, 1 cup 1 tsp Ginger, ground 3 clove Garlic 3 tbsp Agave Syrup - Blue Agave 2 cup pieces Mushrooms, fresh 1 1tsp Sesame Oil 1 tsp Pepper, red or cayenne 1 serving Chinese 5 spice (by JOEYTHEBRAVE)
Directions
In the crock pot combine the broth, soy sauce, vinegar, agave, sesame oil, pepper, five spice, garlic and ginger. add the chicken and set the timer for High on 4 hours or Low for 8 hours. Thirty minutes before the timer goes off remove the chicken and set aside. Add the mushrooms to the crock pot, cover and cook on low for 30 minutes. Shred the chicken with two forks. When the mushrooms are tender add the chicken back to the crock pot and mix well. Serve over rice, cauliflower rice, noodles, or veggeti noodles.
