Healthy Guilt Free Turkey Shephard Pie

Ingredients
16 oz Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean 1 serving 1 cup onion chopped (by KAYLCEY) .5 cup Carrot - raw, chopped (by PIANOGRRRL) 1 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh 0.5 cup Peas, frozen 1 tsp Garlic powder 1 tsp Onion powder 1 dash Salt 1 dash Pepper, black 3 fl oz White Wine 2 grams Flour, white 1 cup Chicken stock, home-prepared 3 cup (1" pieces) Cauliflower, frozen, cooked 2 tbsp Butter, unsalted 3 oz Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Unsweetened Original, shelf stable
Directions
Brown turkey in skillet with small amount of olive oil. Add chopped onion and cook till browned (about 7 minutes). Add chopped carrot, mushrooms, garlic powder, onion powder, salt pepper and a little thyme if you like. Splash with white wine, cover and simmer on low for 10 minutes. Add mushrooms, peas and flour. Gently combine. Add chicken stock, cover and simmer. While simmering, cook cauliflower until soft and drain. Add butter and almond milk and whip with mixer. Spray 9x9 casserole and pour turkey mixture in. Top with mashed cauliflower. Sprinkle small amount of cheese on top if desired with a little paprika. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 uncovered.
