1 meduim to large banana.5 cup skim milk1 cup low fat (Activa)2 cups frozen mixed fruit (Costco) (strawberry, pineapple, honey dew melon, red seedless grapes, mangos, & peaches No sugar added)
Directions
Mix in a blender
Note: for a thicker dessert, use less milk.
