Ingredients
12 oz Pork, fresh, composite of trimmed retail cuts (leg, loin, and shoulder), separable lean only, cooked 1 serving Sweet mini peppers (3) .5 cup, chopped Onions, raw 5 tbsp Kikkoman Low Sodium Soy Sauce 4 tsp Worcestshire Sauce (Lea and Perrins) (by SOOBAY11) .75 serving roasted garlic (1 bulb) (by JULAPDX)
Directions
Place all ingredients in a crock pot on high for 2.5 hours. Serve over a bed of brown rice.
