Butternut Squash with Maple and Cinnamon

Ingredients
2 cup, cubes Butternut Squash 1/4 tsp Morton Iodized Sea Salt 1/8 tsp Pepper, black 1 tsp Cinnamon, ground 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 2 tbsp 100% Pure Maple Syrup
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Prepare a baking pan by covering with parchment paper or foil.

Whisk together syrup, olive oil, salt, pepper, and cinnamon well. Add squash and toss to coat.

Spread squash on prepared pan and bake for 30-40 minutes until squash is tender and syrup is caramelized.

Serve immediately.
