Lemon Coconut Fat Bombs

Ingredients
1 tbsp Lemon Peel 8 tbsp Shredded Coconut Unsweetened (Bob's Red Mill) 1 tbsp Butter, salted 24 tbsp Carrington Farms Organic Coconut Oil
Directions
Saute coconut in Butter until browned. Stir in all ingredients. Chill in the fridge. When set, cut into 24 equal squares. Store chilled.
