Multi-Grain Hot Cereal

Ingredients
1/4 cup Cracked Wheat1/4 cup Steel Cut Oats1/4 cup regular white quick corn grits 1 cup Quick Oats Cereal1TBS flax seedRaisins, 1/2cup, packed 1/2 cup Apple Sauce
Directions
In medium sauce pan, combine 6 cups water, steel-cut oats, cracked wheat, and grits. Add salt if desired. Bring to a boil, and boil gently for 5-7 minutes. Add quick oats, flax seed and raisins. Return to boil and boil 1-2 additional minutes. Remove from heat, let stand 5 minutes before serving. Sweeten with apple sauce. Add cinnamon if desired.
