Stuffed Bell Peppers

Ingredients
16 oz Ground Turkey (Jennio Turkey 93/7) 2 Large Bell peppers (Green, Red, Yellow, Orange) 1/3 cup, chopped Onions, raw 1 1/4 cup, chopped or diced Broccoli, fresh 3 oz Baby Carrots (3 oz = about 10/11 baby carrots) 1 tbsp Grated Parmesan Cheese 1/2 tsp Celtic Sea Salt (Light Grey)1/2 tsp Black Pepper (Ground) 2 tsp Italian Seasoning
Directions
Clean and de-seed your peppers and place into a well greased baking pan... (I use Glass)
Place your ground turkey into a bowl with our spices and set aside.
In a food processor, add your broccoli, carrots and onions and chop.
Add the vegetable mixture with your turkey and add your cheese and blend well.
Stuff each of your 4 halves of peppers and place into your grease baking dish and add a little water to the bottom of your pan.
Bake at 350 degree's for an hour.
