Homemade salsbury steak

Ingredients
2.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw2.0 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh6.0 serving Nabisco Ritz Crackers (5 crackers)32.0 oz 80/20 ground beef chuck2.0 cup Gravy-McCormick Brown Gravy
Directions
Mix meat, cracker crumbs and eggs with roughly 4tbsp of your favorite seasoning. Make into patties then brown on both sides. Remove, then saute 16oz mushrooms in grease from hamburgers. Mix two packets of dry brown gravy with 1.5 cups water, pour into mushrooms bring to a boil. Once boiling add back the steaks cover reduce heat to low and cook 25 minutes Serving Size: Makes 7 servings of two at 2oz per steak
