Fragrant veggie stir fry

Ingredients
2 tsp Olive Oil 50 grams Onions, raw sliced2 cloves Garlic, sliced 50 grams Mushrooms, fresh sliced50 grams Zucchini sliced50 grams Green Beans, sliced into 1" pieces50 grams each of red and green bell peppers, sliced1 tsp Soy SauceDash Black Pepper 5 Cherry Tomatoes, Fresh, cut in halfDash Chinese 5 spice seasoning 0.5 tsp crushed chilli (optional)0.5 cup White Rice, long grain, cooked
Directions
Lightly stir fry the vegetables in the olive oil over a medium heat, adding them in the order stated in the ingredients list. When they are almost tender, add a couple of tablespoons of water, soy sauce, black pepper and the cherry tomatoes. Sprinkle over the Chinese 5 spice seasoning and crushed chilli, if used. Cook for a further minute, then serve on a bed of rice.
