340.0 Grams Cauliflower, frozen, cooked2.0 cup Black Beans - canned - Kroger1.0 serving Corn, canned, Kroger sweet golden corn (1/2 cup serving)1.0 serving Yogurt ~ Oikos Organic Greek Yogurt * Plain*, 5.3 oz6.0 serving Chicken, canned: Hormel, Chicken Breast, 56g/serving2.5 oz Cream Cheese0.25 cup Kraft Finely Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese15.0 gram(s) Bread Crumbs, Panko (Japanese style), Kikkoman-1/2 cup, 30g2.0 tsp Garlic powder2.0 tsp Onion powder
Directions
Cook cauliflower per instructions. Put in square glass caserole dish. Add cream cheese and microwave for 30 seconds. Then add rest of ingredients...topping the mixture with the Panko crumbs. Bake at 375 for 20 minutes.
