APPLE CINNAMON BAKE

Ingredients
2 refrigerated cans Pillsbury Cinnabon Cinnamon Rolls (8 rolls/can) 3 medium Granny smith apples4 medium Eggs 1/2 cup Milk, nonfat (skim milk) 1 tbsp Cinnamon, ground 1 tsp Vanilla Extract 2 tbsp Butter, salted 1 cup, packed Brown Sugar
Directions
Remove rolls from can and reserve icing. Cut rolls into pieces and place in 9 x 9 baking dish sprayed with non-stick spray. Combine eggs, milk, cinnamon and vanilla. Beat until mixed well. Core apples and cut into bite-sized pieces (you may peel apples if desired). Melt butter in skillet and add apples. Cook on medium heat for approximately 5 minutes. Add brown sugar and reduce heat. Simmer until apples are fork-tender. Pour egg mixture over the cinnamon rolls. Pour apple mixture on top. Bake at 375 for approximately 35 - 40 minutes. Spread icing (while warm or let cool). Serve and enjoy!
