Beef Marrow Broth

Ingredients
10 oz Beef Bone Marrow (by GILGAMESH417) 1 cup Beet greens, fresh 1 cup, chopped Carrots, raw 2 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 2 clove Garlic 1 tbsp Braggs Apple Cider Vinegar 1 dash Salt 1 dash Pepper, black 6 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 3 tsp Thyme, fresh 3 tbsp Rosemary
Directions
Put Marrow bones in crock pot and cover with water. Clean and chop veg and add the rest of water. Add Thyme and Rosemary. Cook on high for 15-20 hours. Strain out all solid ingredients and discard. Pour strained broth into a medium sized metal or ceramic bowl and put in refrigerator overnight or 8 hours. remove from refrigeration, scoop out fat that has solidified on top and discard. Heat 2 cups and place in thermos. Drink throughout the day.
