Southwestern Rice Salad

Ingredients
3 Cups Uncle Ben's Long Grain and Wild Rice, cooked and cooled (I use the original version and do not add the seasonings)1 1/2 C. Frozen Corn, thawed1/2 C. diced red onion1/2 C diced green pepper1 1/2 C chunky Salsa1/2 C fat free Italian Salad Dressing1 tsp. ground cumin1/4 tsp. salt
Directions
In a large bowl, combine the first 4 items. In a jar with a tighgt fitting lid, combine salsa salad dressing, cumin and salt. Shake well. Pour over rice mixture. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
7 - 1 cup servings

The only cooking time is the time to cook the rice.

The original recipe included:
1 can kidney beans, rinsed and drained
1 can (2 1/4 oz) sliced ripe olives, drained
