Cheesecake8.0 oz Cream Cheese0.33 cup Granulated Sugar0.5 tsp Vanilla Extract1.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, rawBrownies2.0 oz (approx 60 pcs) Semisweet chocolate3.0 tbsp Butter, unsalted2.0 tbsp Canola Oil1.0 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour0.5 cup Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened1.0 tsp Baking Powder0.5 tsp Salt0.75 cup, packed Brown Sugar0.25 cup Granulated Sugar0.5 cup Buttermilk, lowfat2.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw2.0 tsp Vanilla Extract
Preheat oven to 350. Line 8*8 inches pan with foil and grease. Melt chocolate, butter and oil in microwave for 30 seconds at a time stirring in between. Whisk dry ingredients together. Add buttermilk and egg and vanilla. Batter will be thick. Reserve 1/4 cup of brownie batter. Scrape brownie into pan, then prepare cheesecake layer.
Cream the cheese then add sugar, vanilla and egg until smooth . Drop reserved batter over cheesecake layer and swirl then bake for 40-45 minutes
