Ingredients
1 1/2 cups Beans cooked1 1/2 cups cooked Rice1 1/2 cups cooked mixed vegtables1 6oz can Tuna drained2 tbls Italian dressing2 oz fat free cream cheese2 tbls. Poultry seasoning 6 tbls. Parmesan cheese
Directions
Combine all ingredients but parmesan cheese, Heat and sprinkle each serving with 1 Tbls. Parmesan cheese. Serves 6 1cup servings.
