Creamy Buffalo Chicken

Ingredients
3 breast, bone and skin removed Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted 68 tsp Franks Buffalo Wing Sauce 1 TSP 1 cup Distilled Vinegar (by CURVES_N_CURLS) 4 oz Cream Cheese
Directions
(Vinegar added to ingredient list to capture calories, as the buffalo sauce serving size is so small it does not capture any calories-- it is not an ingredient of this recipe.) Add buffalo sauce and chicken to slow cooker. Cook for 4 hours on high. Let cool and add cream cheese.
