Patticake's Shrimp Creole

Ingredients
2 tsp, crumbled Bay Leaf 1 tsp Pepper, red or cayenne 2 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw 1 clove Garlic 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 3 serving Brown rice (1 cup cooked) 1.25 cup Shrimp Salad Size 100/150 3 cup Hunt's Tomato Sauce, no salt added 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Directions
Sautee chopped vegetables and garlic in olive oil until tender. Add frozen shrimp, and cook until thawed and pink. Add tomato sauce and water, along with pepper. Simmer until heated through, then remove bay leaves and serve over 1/2 cup cooked rice.
