beef vegetable spaghetti sauce

Ingredients
2 cup Canned Tomatoes 9 oz Ground beef, lean 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 1 cup, chopped Peppers, sweet, red, fresh 1 cup Zuccini Squash 1 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh .5 cup Beans, black 0.13 cup Tomato Paste
Directions
spray pan with Pam, fry onion and zucchini till lightly translucent. add beef fry till brown, add remaining vegetables one at a time . when all veg are in the pan add canned tomatoes . simmer for 15 minutes. add tomato paste , salt and pepper , Italian seasoning. serve over 1 cup whole wheat pasta or rice
