Spinach Salad

Ingredients
4 Cups cooked basmati rice1 Med. bag of bean spouts1 bag spinach6 celery stalks2 Cups mushrooms1 Green Pepper1 Cup green onions2 Cups slivered almondsSauce1/2 Cup soya sauce1 Cup salad oil2 Lrg cloves garlic
Directions
Tear spinach, dice celery mushrooms, peppers and green onions. Combine all ingredients.

Add dressing 1 hour prior to serving and add the almonds just before serving.

Makes 12 (1 3/4 Cups each serving)
