Black Bean Soup w/ Chicken Sausage

One package dried black beans 16 oz.12 cup water6 tsp chicken bouillon20 large baby carrots chopped1 medium onion2 clove garlic8 tbsp La Victoria Salsa Suprema, Mild3 serving chicken sausage sliced
Sort, rinse and soak beans in water over night.
Combine water, bouillon and beans in a large pot and bring to boil over high heat.
Once beans are boiling reduce heat to medium low and simmer for 60 minutes.
While beans are simmering add carrots, onion and garlic to pot.
Once the beans are cooked add salsa and chicken sausage.
