Ingredients
16 oz Ground Turkey - 97% fat free extra lean white turkey 60 gram(s) Bread Crumbs, Panko (Japanese style), Kikkoman-1/2 cup, 30g 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 6 tsp Old El Paso Taco Seasoning Mix (40% Less Sodium) 9 serving Old El Paso Red Enchilada Sauce
Directions
pour enchilada sauce into the crockpot.
mix all other ingredients in a large bowl and start forming meatballs
then put them in the crockpot on top of the enchilada sauce on high for 2 hours.
