Slow Cooker Shredded Pork with Beans

Ingredients
3 cup Baked beans / maple cured, COWBOY BILLY'S (by KIMSMOJOE) 1 cup, sliced Onions, raw 2 cup, strips Green Peppers (bell peppers) 2.5 cup Dole - Crushed Pineapple in 100% Pineapple Juice 40 oz Boneless Pork Loin Roast (by SHEBALEDET)
Directions
Layer crushed pineapple, Vidalia onion, and frozen peppers in the bottom of your slow cooker. Set the pork roast on top, salt and pepper to taste. Cover and set on low for 6-8 hours. One hour before serving, remove pork loin. Add baked beans to the slow cooker. Shred pork and return to the slow cooker until time to serve.
