Raw Oriental Broccoli

Ingredients
2 dates, soaked½ cup orange juice1 teaspoon grated fresh gingerroot¼ cup Nama Shoyu1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil, (optional, not raw)¼ cup extra-virgin olive oil4 cups chopped broccoli¼ cup sesame seeds
Directions
Add everything but broccoli and sesame seeds to blender and puree. Combine broccoli and sesame and cover with sauce.

Can also put in dehydrator for a bit to soften up!

I also cut way down on the oil and soy sauce!
